Job Description

H&S; Immigration is seeking an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls related to immigration and study visa services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, counseling prospective clients at a basic level, and scheduling appointments for senior counselors.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases
- Handle inbound inquiries related to study visa, work visa, PR, and tourist visa services
- Explain basic details of immigration services offered by H&S; Immigration
- Identify client requirements and eligibility at a preliminary level
- Schedule appointments and follow-ups with counselors
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in CRM or registers
- Follow up with interested clients to convert leads into walk-ins
- Achieve daily/weekly call and lead targets
- Maintain professional and polite communication at all times

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.




- 1 to 3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales, with at least 6 months in a team-handling or supervisory role.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- Good understanding of immigration, study visa, or education consultancy processes (preferred).
- Comfortable using phones, computers, CRM software, and MS Excel or reporting tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,251.85 per month
