Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Warehouse Manager to oversee the complete warehouse operations, ensuring productive inventory management, timely dispatches, accurate stock records, and smooth coordination with outlets and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching materials.
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing stock.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability as per operational requirements.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile discrepancies between physical and system stock.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, labelling, and arrangement of all materials.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, Operations, and outlet teams for timely material movement.
- Monitor expiry dates, damages, wastage, and stock shortages and take corrective action.
- Plan and coordinate timely dispatches to different outlets and locations.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed wherever applicable.
- Supervise, train,



and manage warehouse staff to ensure productivity and discipline.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, security, and proper documentation.
- Prepare regular inventory, stock movement, and warehouse operation reports.
- Identify process gaps and implement measures to reduce wastage, losses, and operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

- 3–6 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or store management.
- Experience in the hospitality, restaurant, FMCG, or food industry will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
- Strong coordination, team-handling, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory/ERP software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
