Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly and responsible Telecaller to join our hospital team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with patients and attendants over the phone, scheduling and confirming appointments, making follow-up calls, providing information about hospital services, and collecting patient feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

* Make and receive calls from patients.

* Schedule and confirm patient appointments.

* Provide information about hospital departments and services.

* Make follow-up and reminder calls.

* Collect patient feedback and maintain call records.

* Handle patient queries politely and professionally.

* Coordinate with doctors and hospital departments when required.

* Maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Requirements:

* Valuable communication skills.

* Basic computer knowledge.

* Hindi and English speaking ability preferred.

* Previous telecalling or hospital experience is an advantage.

* Polite, patient, and professional attitude.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
