We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and billing activities for our manufacturing company.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Purchase Billing, Sales Invoicing, GST, TDS, Tally/ERP, vendor & customer reconciliation, and general accounting. Candidates with prior experience in a manufacturing workplace will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle purchase billing and sales invoicing.
Maintain purchase, sales, payment & receipt entries in Tally/ERP.
Handle GST, TDS, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B & 2B reconciliation.
Prepare e-Invoices and E-Way Bills.
Manage customer/vendor ledgers and reconciliations
Handle BRS, outstanding follow-ups and day-to-day accounting.
Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Stores & Dispatch teams.
Skills & Competencies:
B.Com/M.Com or equivalent.
1–3 years of relevant Accounts experience.
Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
Good knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS & MS Excel.
E-Invoice & E-Way Bill knowledge.
Strong knowledge of Purchase Billing & Sales Invoicing.
Vasai only will be preferred.
