About the Role:

We're looking for a hands-on marketing generalist who can own multiple growth levers at once : from influencer partnerships to performance ads to owned-channel growth. This is a role for someone who's comfortable wearing many hats, moves fast, and can bring structure to a quick-growing brand's marketing function. You'll work closely with the creative team, briefing them and shaping output rather than executing design yourself.

Shopify/e-commerce experience carries the most weight for this role : we need someone who deeply understands the D2C/B2C funnel, not just marketing in the abstract.

What You'll Do

Influencer Marketing & Negotiations

- Help Influencer marketing execs Identify, reach out to, and negotiate with influencers/creators across platforms
- Manage and overlook rates, deliverables, contracts, and timelines end-to-end
- Track campaign performance and ROI on influencer spends
- Help Build and maintain a pipeline of creator relationships

Performance Marketing (Meta & Google Ads)

- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta and Google Ads
- Own budget allocation, targeting,



and performance reporting
- Continuously test creatives, audiences, and funnels to improve ROAS

SEO & Web

- Drive on-page and technical SEO improvements (Major weight)
- Own and Work with the web/dev team (or directly on Shopify) on page structure, speed, and content for organic growth
- Track rankings, traffic, and conversion from organic channels

Shopify / E-commerce (High Priority)

- Own storefront marketing execution : landing pages, collections, product pages, promotions
- Coordinate site merchandising with campaigns and sales calendars
- Use Shopify data/apps to identify conversion and retention opportunities

Creative Enablement

- Brief the creative team clearly with performance insights and market context
- Translate campaign learnings into actionable creative direction
- Review creative output against brand and performance goals before it goes live
