### Position Overview

We are hiring for an *Inbound Voice Process* supporting US-based customers with queries related to healthcare insurance.

The role is ideal for candidates with strong English communication skills, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to handle customer queries accurately and professionally.

### Job Details

*Experience:* Fresher / Experienced

*Work Mode:* Work From Office

*Shift:* US Shift / Night Shift

*Weekly Off:* Saturday & Sunday

*Salary:* Up to ₹3.3 LPA (CTC)

*Relocation Benefit:* Up to ₹25,000*

*Cab Facility:* One-way drop facility, subject to transport eligibility

### Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound calls from US customers regarding healthcare insurance.

* Assist with queries related to claims, policies, coverage, eligibility, payments, and authorizations.

* Provide accurate and timely information while maintaining a customer-first approach.

* Record customer interactions accurately in the required systems.

* Maintain confidentiality and follow applicable data privacy and process guidelines.

* Resolve customer concerns or escalate complex queries to the appropriate team.

* Meet defined quality, productivity, and customer-service standards.

### Candidate Profile





* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

* Good comprehension and analytical abilities.

* Strong customer-service and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

* Basic knowledge of professional communication and email etiquette.

* Comfortable working night shifts and from office.

* Candidates must not be pursuing a full-time educational course.

* Candidates with relevant BPO/customer-service experience will be preferred.

* Candidates willing to relocate, if required, may apply.
