Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
- Explain clinic services including hair transplant, PRP therapy, laser treatments, acne care, and skin rejuvenation treatments.
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate information or schedule appointments.
- Maintain and update client database with accurate information.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversions.
- Coordinate with front desk and doctors for smooth appointment management.
- Handle queries and provide prompt resolutions.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead conversion and appointments.
- Maintain professionalism and ensure excellent customer experience on every call.
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
