Job Description:
As a YL Nurse at Manipal Hospitals, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality nursing care to young patients in a compassionate and supportive environment. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, creating and implementing care plans, administering medications, and providing education and support to patients and their families. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, monitor vital signs, and maintain accurate patient records. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential as you will be the primary point of contact for patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to young patients in various settings
- Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and monitor patients for any adverse reactions
- Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies and procedures,



including infection control measures

Qualifications:

- A nursing degree (Diploma or Bachelor) from a recognized institution
- Valid nursing license as per local regulations
- Previous experience in pediatric nursing or a related field is preferred
- Certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) is an advantage
