Job Summary - We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Accounts Executive to join our Account department. This role requires 1 Years yr of relevant industry experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to contribute effectively in a fast-paced professional environment. Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Enter and manage Sales Orders in Zoho.




- Coordinate client payments and follow up on pending payments.
- Manage engineers' expenses, advances, bills, and reconciliations.
- Maintain proper accounting and business documentation.
- Coordinate EPBG and government compliance documentation.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management reports.
- Track pending approvals, documents, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Support management with reports, financial data, and reconciliations.
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
