DTP & Product Design Executive

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 (Based on skills and experience)
Incentives: Performance-based commission (can exceed ₹30,000 total earnings)
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Weekly Off: Fixed Sunday
Overtime: Paid extra
Sunday Working (if required): Double Pay

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented DTP & Product Design Executive who thinks like an owner, not just an employee. We want someone with a growth mindset, strong design fundamentals, and a deep understanding of how designs convert into physical products.

Key Responsibilities

Product Design & Development

- Design and prepare artwork for:
- Acrylic Products
- MDF Products
- Customized Table Tops (as per client requirement)
- Acrylic Architectural Models
- Table-top Laser Cut Products
- Customized Corporate Gifts (Pens, Bottles, Diaries, etc.)
- Develop innovative new product concepts.
- Suggest improvements in existing product designs.
- Create seasonal and trend-based product ideas.

Artwork & File Preparation

- Adjust and scale customer-provided artwork accurately.
- Prepare laser cutting files with precision.
- Create print-ready production files.
- Ensure proper bleed, margins, resolution,



and alignment.
- Maintain correct dimensions, proportions, and logo placement.
- Check color modes (CMYK/RGB) as per production needs.

Mockups & Client Coordination

- Create realistic product mockups and previews.
- Share digital previews with clients for approval.
- Make revisions as per client feedback.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.

Production Coordination

- Coordinate with the production team for final output.
- Ensure design feasibility before production.
- Solve design-to-production issues.
- Maintain quality control standards.

Documentation & Organization

- Maintain organized design folders and archives.
- Keep track of approved files and versions.
- Maintain job sheets with accurate specifications.
- Support sales team with design presentations when required.

Required Skills

Software Proficiency

- Adobe Illustrator (Strong command)
- Adobe InDesign
- CorelDRAW
- Basic Photoshop knowledge (preferred)

Technical Knowledge

- Robust understanding of:
- Measurements (length, area, scaling)
- Proportions and alignment
- Print setup and laser-cutting formats
- Vector file preparation
- Material thickness and cutting tolerances
- Understanding of fabrication processes (Acrylic, MDF,



engraving, UV printing preferred)

Creative & Practical Skills

- Ability to create production-friendly designs.
- Strong sense of layout and spacing.
- Knowledge of typography and branding basics.
- Ability to visualize 2D designs into 3D products.
- Strong problem-solving ability.

- Candidates with 0–3 years of experience in DTP, product design, or customization industry can apply.
- Experience in B2B product customization will be an added advantage.
