Job Description – Project Manager, Dialysis Center Setup

Position: Project Manager

Location: Hospital Project Sites – Bangalore/Pan India

Job Purpose

To plan, design, execute, and oversee all activities required for setting up dialysis centers within hospitals or standalone facilities, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards, safety regulations, quality requirements, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead MEP planning and execution for dialysis center setup projects.
- Coordinate with architects, biomedical teams, hospital management, contractors, and vendors.
- Prepare project schedules and ensure timely completion.
- Plan electrical systems including power distribution, UPS/DG backup, earthing, load balancing, and electrical safety.
- Design and coordinate RO water systems, drainage, water treatment, and piping as per dialysis requirements.
- Plan and implement HVAC and ventilation systems to maintain required temperature, humidity, air quality, and infection-control standards.
- Identify, onboard, and manage MEP contractors and vendors.
- Monitor work quality, progress, and adherence to specifications.
- Ensure compliance with NABH, biomedical, local and state regulatory requirements.
- Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments.




- Coordinate with hospital teams to minimize disruption during installation.
- Provide regular project updates to management.
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and validation of MEP systems.
- Ensure the facility is ready for clinical operations.
- Facilitate training and handover to the clinical team, including technicians and center managers.
- Ensure complete asset handover to the operations team.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 4–8 years of experience in hospital or healthcare infrastructure projects.
- Experience in dialysis center setup is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of hospital MEP systems and healthcare infrastructure.

Note: This position requires extensive travel across Bangalore / India for project activities.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
