About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and visually driven AI Video Editor who can transform ideas into compelling visual experiences. This role goes beyond traditional video editing—you'll leverage the latest AI tools to create engaging, high-quality content that captivates audiences across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller with a strong understanding of editing, motion design, and AI-powered workflows. If you enjoy experimenting with emerging technologies and creating content that stands out, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Transform scripts, concepts, and ideas into visually engaging video content.
- Create high-quality edits for both short-form and long-form videos.
- Utilize AI-powered video generation and editing tools such as Runway, Kling, Seedance, Veo, and other emerging platforms.
- Blend AI-generated visuals seamlessly with live-action footage.
- Design creative motion graphics, transitions, animations, and visual effects.
- Maintain strong storytelling, pacing, rhythm, and emotional impact throughout video edits.




- Collaborate closely with the Creative, Marketing, and Content teams to produce high-impact content.
- Optimize videos for platforms including YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital channels.
- Stay updated with the latest AI tools, editing techniques, and content trends.
- Continuously experiment with innovative visual styles and AI workflows to enhance content quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–4 years of professional experience in video editing.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and storytelling abilities.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, or equivalent editing software.
- Excellent understanding of:
- Visual storytelling
- Motion design
- Color grading
- Composition
- Sound synchronization
- Editing rhythm and pacing
- Ability to transform rough concepts into polished, engaging videos.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality.

AI Skills (Preferred)

Hands-on experience with one or more AI creative tools, including:

- Runway
- Kling AI
- Seedance
- Google Veo
- Pika
- Descript
- Sora (or similar AI video generation tools)

The ideal candidate should:





- Write effective prompts to generate high-quality visuals.
- Understand AI capabilities and limitations.
- Creatively combine AI-generated assets with traditional editing techniques.
- Continuously explore and adopt new AI-powered workflows.
