About the Role

We are looking for a Law Firm Partner who can take complete ownership of the firm's service delivery, client management, team coordination and business growth, with particular responsibility for developing and managing the IP Division and other legal service verticals.

This is not a conventional employment role. We are looking for someone who can think and operate like a partner — taking ownership of clients, people, revenue, service quality and the overall growth of the firm.

Key Responsibilities

1. Service Delivery & Operations

- Take ownership of day-to-day legal service delivery.
- Ensure all client matters are handled accurately and within timelines.
- Establish systems, SOPs and quality-control processes.
- Monitor pending work, deadlines, filings, hearings and client deliverables.
- Identify operational gaps and implement solutions.

2. Intellectual Property Division

- Lead the firm's complete Trademark, Copyright and Patent practice.
- Supervise IP filings, prosecution, objections, hearings and related work.
- Manage the IP team and allocation of matters.
- Ensure quality and consistency across all IP services.
- Develop the IP division into a strong and scalable business vertical.

3. Client Management

- Handle important and high-value clients.
- Conduct client meetings and understand business requirements.
- Maintain strong long-term client relationships.
- Resolve service issues and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Build a professional and reliable client experience.

4. Business Development & Growth

- Develop new business opportunities for the firm.
- Build relationships with companies, startups, entrepreneurs, CAs, CSs and other professional networks.
- Increase revenue from existing and new service verticals.
- Develop strategies for client acquisition and retention.
- Identify new legal services that can be developed into profitable verticals.

5. Team Leadership

- Manage and mentor lawyers,



associates and support staff.
- Allocate work and monitor individual performance.
- Establish accountability and performance standards.
- Build a culture focused on quality, deadlines and client satisfaction.
- Recruit additional team members when required.

6. Financial & Commercial Responsibility

- Take responsibility for the performance of assigned divisions.
- Monitor revenue, collections, costs and profitability.
- Help develop pricing and service packages.
- Identify opportunities to improve margins and operational efficiency.
