## Job Summary

Rocky International is hiring candidates for an **International Voice Process** in Gurgaon. Candidates with relevant international customer service or contact centre voice experience are preferred.

The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer interactions over voice, understanding customer concerns, providing appropriate resolutions, and maintaining high-quality customer service standards.

## Eligibility & Experience

### Freshers

* B.Tech / UG graduates

* Minimum **6 months of International Customer Care experience**

* Relevant international voice/contact centre experience preferred

### Experience

* B.Tech / UG graduates

* Minimum **12 months of International Customer Care experience**

* Relevant international voice/contact centre experience preferred

## Salary & Perks

**CL 12**

* CTC: **₹3.40 LPA**

* In-Hand: **₹21,003 per month**

* MIV: **₹3,500**





**CL 11**

* CTC: **Up to ₹4.18 LPA**

* **Up to 30% hike on last CTC**

* In-Hand: **₹27,012 per month**

* MIV: **₹3,500**

## Selection Process

1. AMCAT CSVAR – **B2 / 62+**

2. HR Round

3. AMCAT Tech Test – **20/50+**

4. Operations Round

5. Voice Versant – **58+**

## Key Skills

* Excellent verbal and written English communication

* International customer handling experience

* Solid customer service skills

* Good listening and problem-solving abilities

* Comfortable working in rotational shifts

* Ability to work from office in Gurgaon

## Preferred Candidates

Candidates with relevant **International Voice / International Customer Care / Contact Centre** experience will be preferred.
