Position Required : Deployment Engineer – eOffice Support

Job Description

We are looking for a Deployment Engineer – eOffice Support to handle eOffice application deployment, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and technical support activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform eOffice application deployment, installation, configuration, and upgrades.
- Support deployment across UAT and Production environments.
- Troubleshoot application, server, database, and connectivity-related issues.
- Support eOffice modules such as eFile/eNoting, FMS, KMS, and PIMS.
- Perform application testing, validation, patching, and post-deployment support.
- Monitor application services and analyze logs to identify technical issues.
- Maintain deployment documentation, issue logs, and technical records.
- Coordinate with support teams and stakeholders for timely resolution of issues.

Required Technical Skills

- Hands-on experience in application deployment and technical support.
- Knowledge of eOffice/eFile/eNoting and related modules.
- Valuable knowledge of Linux/Windows Server environments.
- Working knowledge of Apache, Nginx, or Tomcat.




- Basic knowledge of Oracle/PostgreSQL/MySQL and SQL.
- Good understanding of Linux commands, log analysis, application monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, ports, SSL certificates, and basic networking.
- Understanding of backup, restoration, patching, and application maintenance.
- Knowledge of DSC/eSign will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Qualification

B.Tech/B.E./MCA/M.Sc. (IT/Computer Science) or equivalent.
