Job Description:

ROLE

We are looking for a confident, polite and target-focused Collection Executive who can handle student follow-ups, manage daily collections and achieve assigned targets.

KRA

- ₹1.20 Lakh+ daily collection target
- 100+ calls every day
- 2 references + 1 video review every day
- Regular and timely follow-up with students
- Daily updates and reporting on Google Sheets & Google Drive
- Consistent achievement of daily collection targets

MUST-HAVE

- Graduate – Mandatory
- 1–3 years of relevant collection experience
- Good communication in Hindi & English
- Confident, polite, patient and professional
- Good listening and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working with daily targets
- Comfortable handling 100+ calls per day
- Good knowledge of Google Sheets & Google Drive
- Punctual, disciplined and responsible
- Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
