Job Description:
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, generate quality leads, and improve ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and manage Meta & Google Ads campaigns
- Generate and optimize qualified leads
- Track campaign performance, conversions & ROI
- Manage budgets and continuously optimize campaigns
- Analyze data and prepare performance reports
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion

Requirements:

- 2–4 years of relevant performance marketing experience
- Solid knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Good understanding of lead generation and analytics
- Data-driven approach with strong communication skills
