- Ensure timely completion of work as per schedule
- Monitor material usage and maintain site records
- Ensure safety, house keeping and proper site discipline
- Report progress to the project manager
- Resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth execution
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of construction methods, materials and site execution.
- Ability to read drawings and understand specifications
- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Must be based in Chennai or willing to work in Chennai.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
