Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in end-to-end recruitment processes, possess strong client handling skills, and demonstrate the ability to meet hiring targets within set timelines.

Position Details

Location: Churchgate, Mumbai (Work from Office)

Experience: 3 to 8 years in a recruitment consultancy

Role: Full time, Permanent

Qualification: Graduate (Bachelors degree mandatory)

Salary: Up to 35,000/month (depending on experience and fit)

Joining: Immediate to 15 days preferred

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle sourcing, screening, interview coordination, feedback, and closures

Understand client job requirements and define sourcing strategies

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals,



and internal databases

Conduct initial screening and share relevant profiles with clients

Coordinate interviews and ensure regular updates to both candidates and clients

Maintain trackers, MIS, and timely reporting on hiring activities

Meet individual monthly hiring targets and contribute to overall team goals

Candidate Requirements

- 3 to 8 years of experience in a recruitment consultancy or staffing agency
- Demonstrated ability to close multiple juniors to mid-level roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and recruitment platforms
- High level of ownership, multitasking, and time management
- Strong client servicing and stakeholder management skills
