Role

Join our Talent Acquisition team and gain hands-on experience working on live hiring projects and the complete recruitment process.

Responsibilities

- Source candidates through LinkedIn & job portals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews.
- Follow up and engage with candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers using Excel & Google Sheets.
- Post job openings and build candidate pipelines.

Eligibility

- Students & freshers from any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel & Google Sheets.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
