Join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent. We are looking for someone with a keen eye for identifying candidates who align with our company culture and possess the skills needed to excel in their roles!

Key responsibilities

- Creating talent pools for various areas within in the firm to reduce the time to source
- Ability to create insights from the data we gather and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Work on sourcing candidates using various portals like LinkedIn, Naukri etc. to and improve inhouse sourcing effective
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve sourcing strategies and processes
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates through targeted outreach and networking
- Engage potential applicants through our recruitment process and ensure best in class experience
- Proactive communication with potential hires and help resolve any queries and questions.
- Support the team in maintaining/updating the candidate database and relevant trackers

Skills and activities





- Strong organisation mapping skills.
- Analytical mindset to bring in deep insights.
- Valuable at presentations, Hands-on Experience in MS Excel
- Extensive experience in sourcing channels like Naukri.com and LinkedIn recruiter.
- Deep understanding of sourcing techniques like Boolean search, X-ray search, operators/modifiers, referencing etc.
- Strong oral and written communication skills including attention to detail.
- Professional in appearance.
- Self-motivated and able to prioritize.
- Ability to interact and effectively work with others in a team environment.
- Strong planning/organization skill
