About the Role

We are looking for motivated Full Stack Developer Interns who want to develop their technical skills through structured training and hands-on experience working on real-world software projects.

The internship starts with a training phase followed by practical project work based on your skills, performance, and available project requirements.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain web applications and software features
- Build responsive frontend interfaces
- Develop backend APIs and server-side functionality
- Work with databases and third-party APIs
- Debug, test, and improve applications
- Write clean and maintainable code
- Use Git and GitHub for version control
- Collaborate with developers and project teams
- Work on assigned project modules and deliverables
- Follow development practices and project requirements

Preferred Skills

- HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- React.js / Next.js
- Node.js / Express.js
- Python or another backend language
- REST APIs
- MongoDB / MySQL / PostgreSQL
- Git & GitHub

You do not need to know every technology listed above. Strong programming fundamentals, willingness to learn, and consistency are important.

Training & Project StructurePhase 1 — Training





Selected candidates will receive approximately 2–3 weeks of structured training covering relevant technical concepts, development practices, tools, and project preparation.

Phase 2 — Project Assignment

After training, interns will be assigned to suitable GrowMore Digital projects based on their skills, performance, and project requirements.

Phase 3 — Project Work & Evaluation

Interns will work on assigned project tasks under the guidance of the GrowMore Digital team.

- Technical contribution
- Quality of work
- Project completion
- Meeting deadlines
- Problem-solving ability
- Communication
- Consistency and participation
- Overall project performance

Stipend

GrowMore Digital provides performance-based stipend up to ₹15,000 .

High-performing interns may also be considered for additional opportunities with GrowMore Digital based on performance and organizational requirements.

Duration
