Job description-
We're looking for a social media executive who can create scroll-stopping content and read the numbers behind it. You'll own our presence across Instagram, YouTube and Facebook — from ideation to publishing to reporting on what worked.

Key Responsibilities-

- Research trends and write daily content (captions, scripts, blog/website copy) with solid hooks that stop the scroll in the first 2 seconds
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars across platforms
- Build content strategies tied to marketing and branding goals
- Track weekly performance — reach, views, engagement rate, saves/shares, bio link taps, follower growth — and adjust content based on what's converting
- Edit and proofread for a consistent brand voice

Qualifications Required:

- Strong grasp of writing hooks and storytelling for short-form content (Reels especially)
- Working knowledge of Instagram/Meta Insights — reach vs. views, engagement rate,



audience demographics — enough to explain why a post did or didn't work, not just post it
- Excellent written and verbal communication, high attention to detail
- Comfortable owning a calendar independently and leading content directioN
- 6 months–1 year experience managing social media content (agency or brand side)
- Freshers with good knowledge can also apply.

Bonus Points:

- Experience with Reels-first strategy or has grown an account from scratch

- Basic understanding of CTAs and conversion (bio link taps, profile visits)
