Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Production Head to take complete ownership of plant operations, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, productivity, cost efficiency, and smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage 125+ employees across all production departments.

* Plan and monitor production to achieve project timelines and on-time dispatch.

* Oversee wooden & metal furniture, fabrication, powder coating, digital printing, signage & branding operations.

* Ensure quality, material efficiency, productivity, and minimum rejection/rework.

* Optimize manpower, machinery, capacity utilization, and production costs.

* Coordinate with Design, Projects, Procurement, Stores, Quality, and Dispatch teams.

* Drive SOPs, safety, preventive maintenance, process improvement, and operational discipline.

Candidate Profile

* 10–15 years of relevant manufacturing/production experience.

* Experience in retail furniture, commercial interiors, fixtures, signage,



fabrication, or turnkey manufacturing preferred.

* Strong knowledge of wood & metal furniture, powder coating, digital printing, and signage.

* Proven experience managing 100+ manpower and multiple production departments.

* Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and cost-control skills.

* Must be hands-on, target-oriented, and delivery-focused.

The Production Head will play a critical role in scaling OD Creations’ 165,000+ sq. ft. Palwal manufacturing facility into a highly effective, quality-driven, and scalable production operation.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month
