About the Role

We are looking for a caring, energetic, and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for early childhood education and be committed to staying with the school for the long term (minimum 1 year). Key Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct age-appropriate activities, lessons, and play-based learning for preschool children.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young learners.
- Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Prepare daily/weekly lesson plans in line with the school’s curriculum.
- Observe and track each child’s progress and share updates with parents.
- Maintain classroom discipline, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with other teachers and school staff for events, meetings, and parent interactions.




- Ensure all school policies and child-safety norms are followed at all times.

Requirements

- Diploma / Degree in Early Childhood Education (D.Ed, B.Ed, Montessori, ECCE, or equivalent).
- Prior experience working with preschool / kindergarten children preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to connect with young children.
- Patience, creativity, and a child-friendly approach.
- Basic knowledge of activity-based learning and child development.
- Willingness to work full-time and commit to the school for at least 1 year.
