Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and technically solid ERP & Business Systems Analyst who can manage, train, support, and improve our ERP systems and business applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in ERP software, preferably Odoo, along with valuable knowledge of data analysis, Excel, reporting, business processes, and IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support the company's ERP software and related business applications.
- Provide ERP training to employees across departments such as Accounts, Sales, Marketing, Production, Purchase, Logistics, HR and Operations.
- Conduct practical training sessions and prepare SOPs, user manuals and training materials.
- Handle user queries, identify system issues and coordinate with ERP/software vendors for solutions.
- Understand company processes and convert them into effective ERP workflows.
- Monitor ERP data accuracy and ensure proper system usage by employees.
- Analyse business data and prepare MIS reports, dashboards and management reports.
- Create and maintain reports using Advanced Excel; knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage.
- Identify data errors, process gaps and system-related issues and recommend improvements.
- Support ERP implementation, module configuration, testing and process improvements.




- Coordinate with management and different departments for ERP-related requirements.
- Monitor ERP performance and ensure users follow the defined system procedures.
- Assist management in using ERP data for sales, inventory, production, finance, purchase and operational decision-making.
- Maintain proper documentation of ERP processes, workflows and system changes.
- Keep updated with new ERP features, technologies and business automation opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Applications or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in ERP / Business Systems / IT / Data Analysis.
- Strong practical experience in Odoo ERP or similar ERP software is mandatory.
- Excellent knowledge of Advanced MS Excel.
- Good understanding of data analysis, MIS reporting and dashboards.
- Knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of business processes and ERP workflows.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and employee training skills.
- Ability to train employees with different levels of technical knowledge.
- Should be comfortable working with ERP systems, databases, reports and business applications.
- Experience in ERP implementation, customization or system integration will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
