Job Description

Talent Profile Position Title: Operations Manager Location: Mumbai Reporting To: Vishwannath R Department: YMS Objective: To drive efficient backend operations by ensuring seamless yard and client onboarding on the YMS portal, managing yard agreements and addendums, tracking timely renewals of client and yard agreements, and maintaining accurate, up-to-date records within the YMS platform. The role will support operational excellence through process compliance, data accuracy, stakeholder coordination, and timely reporting. Accountability: • Manage day-to-day backend operations related to yard onboarding, client onboarding, and process administration. • Ensure accurate and timely data entry and maintenance within the YMS portal.



• Monitor operational workflows and drive process efficiency. • Track and coordinate execution of Yard Agreements, Addendums, and related documentation. • Ensure timely renewals of yard and client agreements. • Coordinate with field teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of operational activities. • Address and resolve stakeholder queries and escalations within defined timelines. • Ensure adherence to company SOPs, compliance requirements, and audit standards. • Maintain process discipline and support continuous improvement initiatives. • Prepare and publish MIS reports, dashboards, and operational performance metrics. Competencies: • Solid operational and process management skills. • Sound understanding of yard management and related business processes. • Stakeholder and vendor management. • Excellent communication and coordination abilities. • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and dashboard preparation. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Customer-centric mindset. • High attention to detail and compliance orientation. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Experience: • 5 to 8 years of experience in Operations, Backend Process Management, Yard Management, Logistics Operations, or related domains. • Experience in process management, documentation control, and operational coordination is preferred. • Exposure to agreement management, data management, and MIS reporting will be an added advantage. • Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
