Hiring Software Sales Executive

Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities for ERP and software solutions.
- Engage with prospective clients through calls, emails, online meetings, and in-person visits.
- Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential customers.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports.
- Coordinate with technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth project onboarding.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

- MBA Graduate preferred.
- 1–2 year of experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Solid interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.




- Basic understanding of business processes and software applications.
- Proficiency in online sales and communication tools.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in ERP, SaaS, Software, or IT solution sales will be considered an added advantage.
- Knowledge of ERP, HRMS, Accounting, CRM, or Business Management Software.
- Efficiency in handling B2B sales and client interactions.

Additional Requirements

- Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally based on business requirements.
- Valid passport or willingness to obtain one is preferred.
- Ability to represent the company professionally during client meetings, exhibitions, and business events.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kerala
