Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident, presentable, and customer-focused Showroom Coordinator to join our team in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a professional personality, and an interest in customer handling and sales.

The role involves managing showroom visitors, handling customer enquiries, coordinating day-to-day showroom activities, following up on leads, and supporting the inside sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product information.
- Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Coordinate with the sales team for customer requirements and follow-ups.
- Generate and follow up on leads to support sales conversion.
- Maintain customer details, enquiries, and follow-up records.
- Schedule customer appointments and showroom visits.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Support the sales team with quotations, documentation, and order coordination.
- Maintain a professional and well-organized showroom environment.
- Build positive relationships with customers and ensure excellent service.

Requirements:

- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.




- Presentable, confident, and professional personality.
- Valuable customer handling and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and Mail.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Previous experience in showroom sales, front office, customer service, or inside sales is an advantage.
- Graduation is mandatory.
