About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, achieving revenue targets, developing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and customer acquisition.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.
- Generate new leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Track sales activities, conversions, and overall team performance.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.
- Handle customer queries and support the team in closing important deals.
- Identify market trends and competitor activities to improve sales strategies.




- Ensure the sales team follows company processes and maintains high customer service standards.

Requirements

- Experience in sales, preferably in a Sales Manager or Team Leader role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent leadership and team-management skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and make business decisions.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Good knowledge of CRM systems and basic reporting tools is an advantage.
