Key Responsibilities-

· Collect Expression of Needs (ERP Purchase Request, App request, Outsourcing Request)

· Analysis and prepared consultation by carrying out a standard or specific specifications (is supported by the technical department and QSE in terms of technical criteria and quality)

· Conduct consultations, tenders with known or recent suppliers

· Review responses, analyzes provider’s ability to meet demand

· Make a summary for presentation to the applicant

· Lead negotiation deadlines, cost, (is supported by the technical department and QSE in terms of technical criteria and quality)

· Search, select new suppliers based on data provided by the applicant concerned

· Take charge of litigation files (processing claims/ dispute settlements...)

· Create articles, site items and fare listings

· Reporting

· Collect requirement of needs





· Establish purchase and subcontract orders and send them to suppliers

· Lead the commitment and time/cost follow-up of an order (A/R), and ensures compliance with deadlines and compliance with specifications

· Relaunche suppliers

· Report and inform of possible disruptions endangering the production plan

· Track manufacturing schedules with the scheduling/planning team

· Update (delays...) on the ERP database .In general, it ensures that the guidelines in force in its sector are applied in accordary of ISO14001 and ISO 9001

Qualification- Graduate in Production Management or Quality, Industrial Logistics and Organisation or Equivalent

Experience- 5-7 years

Pay: ₹750,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
