We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Order Processing & Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, confirming orders, coordinating packing and dispatch, and ensuring smooth delivery coordination.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls, inquiries, and telesales.
- Generate leads, follow up with customers, and confirm orders.
- Process orders accurately and maintain records.
- Coordinate packing, packaging, and dispatch.
- Coordinate with delivery executives for timely delivery.
- Track orders and resolve customer queries or issues.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

- Freshers to 6 months of experience preferred.
- Good communication and telesales skills.
- Customer handling and convincing abilities.
- Robust coordination and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good time management and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
