Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and motivated Assistant Professor to join our College team in Patna. The ideal candidate should have strong academic knowledge, valuable communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver lectures and conduct classes for MBA students.
- Prepare lesson plans, course materials, presentations, and assignments.
- Guide and mentor students in academic and career-related matters.
- Conduct examinations, assessments, and evaluate student performance.
- Participate in seminars, workshops, conferences, and academic activities.
- Contribute to research, publications, and departmental initiatives.




- Maintain academic records and ensure timely completion of academic responsibilities.

Eligibility & Skills

- Qualification: MBA; Ph.D. preferred/required as per institutional norms.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of teaching/academic experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good subject knowledge and classroom management abilities.
- Passion for teaching, research, and student development.
- Ability to work effectively as part of an academic team.
