About the Role

We are looking for a Quality Team (QT) to ensure the quality, compliance, and smooth implementation of DDU-GKY training center activities. The candidate will be responsible for regular monitoring of training centers, verification of records, quality checks, compliance monitoring, reporting, and follow-up of identified gaps.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular monitoring and quality inspections of DDU-GKY training centers.
- Ensure training centers follow DDU-GKY guidelines, SOPs, quality standards, and project requirements.
- Monitor the quality of classroom and practical training.
- Verify student attendance, batch records, registers, and candidate documentation.
- Check trainer performance, training delivery, and student engagement.
- Monitor center infrastructure, equipment, classrooms, labs, and other facilities.
- Verify physical records against MIS/data and identify discrepancies.
- Identify quality gaps, non-compliance, and operational issues at training centers.
- Prepare detailed quality monitoring and inspection reports.
- Share observations with Center Managers and ensure timely corrective action.
- Follow up on corrective and preventive actions until closure.
- Monitor candidate enrollment, attendance, retention, assessment, certification, and placement activities.
- Maintain quality checklists, inspection records, photographs, and supporting evidence.
- Support the project team during government inspections, audits, assessments, and third-party monitoring visits.
- Conduct periodic and surprise visits to training centers.
- Coordinate with Center Managers, trainers, MIS teams, and project management for quality improvement.
- Escalate serious quality or compliance issues to the Project Manager/State Head.
- Maintain proper documentation of all monitoring and quality activities.




- Travel to different centers across the assigned area as required.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in quality monitoring, auditing, training operations, education, or skill-development projects preferred.
- Prior experience in DDU-GKY, Skill India, NSDC, PMKVY, or similar government projects will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and basic MIS reporting.
- Strong observation, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct field visits and interact with different stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to training centers as required.
- Knowledge of Odia/local language will be preferred.

Candidates having prior experience in DDU-GKY or government-funded skill-development projects will be given preference.
