About the Role:

EduIncept is seeking a Fresher, a passionate and goal-oriented Education Counsellor to guide students through their academic and career journey. As a key member of our student support team, you'll help students explore suitable courses, understand admission requirements, and assist them in selecting the best-fit institutions abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

- Student Counselling: Interact with walk-in and online enquiries to understand their educational needs and guide them accordingly.
- Course & University Guidance: Provide detailed information about universities, courses, admission processes, and eligibility criteria.
- Follow-ups: Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective students through phone calls, emails, and messages.
- Documentation Support: Assist students with application forms, document collection, and visa-related procedures.
- Relationship Management: Maintain a positive and long-term relationship with students and parents by offering continued support.
- Target Achievement: Work towards achieving monthly counselling and admission targets.
- Participation in Events: Represent EduIncept in education fairs, seminars, and school visits as needed.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English)
- Strong understanding of study-abroad and Indian education systems.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple student profiles at once.
- A proactive, self-motivated, and student-friendly approach.




- Bachelor’s degree in any field (education background preferred).

- This is a strictly full-time, in-office role (Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM). There is NO Work From Home or hybrid option. Are you available and willing to work on-site full-time at our Chevayur office?
- If selected, are you available to join immediately (within 1–3 days) at our Chevayur office?
- This role requires sitting for extended periods, handling frequent phone calls, and maintaining consistent daily office attendance. Are you physically capable of meeting these daily operational requirements?
