Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and review new tender opportunities relevant to real estate and construction projects.
- Study tender documents, drawings, specifications, scope of work, and BOQs.
- Prepare and review BOQ and quantity take-offs from drawings.
- Prepare detailed rate analysis, estimates, and project costing.
- Obtain and compare quotations from contractors, suppliers, and vendors.
- Prepare comparative statements (CS) and negotiate rates where required.
- Coordinate with the Project, Civil, Purchase, Accounts, and Management teams for tender requirements.
- Prepare technical and commercial tender documents.
- Ensure all tender requirements, formats, declarations, and supporting documents are completed correctly.
- Monitor tender deadlines and ensure timely submission.
- Maintain a database of submitted tenders, quotations, vendors, and project costs.
- Assist in preparing work orders, subcontractor quotations, and commercial proposals.
- Track tender results and maintain records for future reference.
- Conduct basic market research for current material, labour, and construction rates.




- Support management in evaluating project profitability and commercial feasibility.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of BOQ, estimation, costing, and rate analysis.
- Good understanding of civil construction and real estate projects.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD for reading drawings.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and preparation of comparative statements.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Solid vendor/contractor coordination and negotiation skills.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong documentation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work under strict tender deadlines.

Qualification:

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Experience in real estate/construction tendering will be an advantage.

Preferred Experience:
4–6 years in Tendering / Estimation / Quantity Surveying / Commercial roles in the real estate or construction industry.
