Job Summary

Shemford Futuristic School is looking for passionate, qualified, and dedicated Teachers who can create an engaging and positive learning environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering effective classroom instruction, supporting students' academic development, and actively participating in school activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the school's curriculum and academic guidelines.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and other teaching-learning resources.
- Ensure effective classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Assess and monitor students' academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify individual learning needs and provide appropriate support to students.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments,



and student performance.
- Incorporate innovative teaching methodologies and technology to make learning interactive.
- Encourage students to participate in co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' progress and development.
- Participate in PTMs, staff meetings, workshops, training sessions, and school events.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and the academic team to achieve academic objectives.
- Maintain qualified conduct and follow all school policies, procedures, and academic standards.

Work Location: In person

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
