- Make outbound calls to recent and existing patients to explain clinic services, offers, and treatment procedures.
- Follow up with leads received through calls, WhatsApp, social media, website, and other platforms.
- Understand patient requirements and guide them towards the appropriate consultation or treatment.
- Schedule appointments and ensure maximum conversion of leads into clinic visits.
- Follow up with patients who have not confirmed or attended their appointments.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing patients for consultations, treatments, packages, and reviews.
- Handle patient queries professionally and provide accurate information regarding services and appointments.
- Maintain daily call records, lead status, follow-ups, and conversion reports.
- Coordinate with the clinic reception and doctors to ensure smooth patient appointments.
- Achieve assigned daily, monthly,



and quarterly calling and conversion targets.
- Build a good relationship with patients through professional and courteous communication.

Skills Required

- Excellent communication skills in English and preferably Kannada/Hindi.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and pleasant telephone manner.
- Ability to handle patient queries and objections professionally.
- Good follow-up and sales conversion skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain Excel/CRM records.
- Previous experience in healthcare, dermatology, aesthetics, beauty, or sales will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
