Who Can Apply?

- Freshers / 0–1 year experience
- Diploma / Degree in IT, Electronics, ECE, or related fields
- Strong interest in Computer Hardware & Networking
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and troubleshooting
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills
- Candidates currently located in Trivandrum are preferred
- Willingness to learn and work in an on-site support environment

What You’ll Do

- Provide on-site technical support to users
- Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer & hardware issues




- Handle basic LAN and network connectivity issues
- Install and configure systems, printers and software
- Assist with IT asset management and inventory
- Support domain, VPN and other basic IT configurations
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware/service requirements
