Lead Generation & Outreach

- Identify and approach prospective students through school/college visits, coaching-fair participation, and local tie-ups
- Run field promotions — pamphlet distribution, banner placements, and area-wise campaigns near colleges, coaching hubs, and residential localities
- Build referral networks with schools, colleges, hostels, and local influencers/teachers

Digital & Social Media Marketing

- Manage and grow the institute’s presence on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and Google Business Profile
- Coordinate with content/design teams for posters, reels, and course promotion creatives
- Run and monitor paid ad campaigns (Meta/Google Ads) targeting local student demographics

Counseling & Conversion

- Handle walk-in and phone/WhatsApp inquiries — explain courses, fee structure, batch timings, and placement support
- Follow up systematically on leads (calls, SMS, WhatsApp) to convert inquiries into confirmed admissions
- Maintain a daily/weekly lead tracker and update CRM or Excel-based enrollment pipeline

Events & Partnerships

- Organize seminars, demo classes, career-guidance sessions, and webinars to attract prospective students




- Coordinate admission camps or counseling desks at partner schools/colleges
- Liaise with corporate/institutional tie-ups for placement-linked course promotion

Reporting & Targets

- Achieve monthly admission/enrollment targets set by the Centre Director
- Prepare weekly reports on leads generated, conversions, and campaign performance
- Suggest new marketing strategies based on local market trends and competitor analysis

Required Skills

- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
- Confident, target-driven, and comfortable with field sales
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing and digital ad platforms
- Prior experience in education/EdTech sales or coaching institute marketing preferred

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline (Marketing/BBA preferred)
- 1–3 years in sales/marketing, education sector experience an advantage

Compensation

- Fixed salary + incentive/commission on admissions achieved (structure to be defined)

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
