We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team and help us grow our Smart Home Automation Solutions business in Vijayawada.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the smart home automation market.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, site visits, digital platforms, architects, interior designers, builders, and real-estate developers.
- Meet prospective clients and understand their requirements.
- Present and explain smart home automation solutions, products, and perks to customers.
- Prepare quotations, follow up with prospects, and convert leads into sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Coordinate with the technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on smart home technology, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / B2B Sales / Real Estate / Interior / Electrical / Home Automation is preferred.




- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Confident and comfortable meeting customers and making sales presentations.
- Willingness to travel locally within Vijayawada and nearby areas.
- A valid two-wheeler and driving license would be an advantage.
- Interest in technology, home automation, IoT, electrical, or smart home solutions is a plus.
