ROLE SUMMARY:

He / She will provide operational, coordination, and program support to ensure smooth
execution of incubation and acceleration activities. The role focuses on implementation,
documentation, coordination, and day-to-day program support under the guidance of the
leadership team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support execution of incubation and acceleration programs and activities
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, workshops, mentoring sessions, and events
- Act as the first point of contact for FPC / MSE for routine coordination and follow-ups
- Maintain FPC / MSE , program records, MIS, and documentation
- Support FPC / MSE onboarding, reporting, and compliance processes
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports.
- Track tasks, timelines, and action items and follow up with stakeholders
- Provide administrative and logistical support for programs, events, and reviews
- Complete Physical diagnostic process of the enterprises

· Tracking enterprises performance, data collection, collation, monitoring & MIS updating





· Any other tasks assigned by the Program / Project Management Office on a time-to-time basis

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Positive communication, coordination, and documentation skills
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, presentations, and basic data tracking tools
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks

KEY COMPETENCIES:

- Good understanding of FPC, SME , innovation, and entrepreneurship ecosystem
- Experience working with government programs or funded projects is a plus

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION:

- Post Graduate degree in Management, Entrepreneurship, or related field

EXPERIENCE:

- Total years of work experience: 5 Yrs
- Minimum years of relevant experience: 3 Yrs

TRAVEL :

· Required to travel the whole of the North Eastern States and few states in Eastern part of India

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
