- Must have prior experience in the Hardware, Building Material, or Fasteners industry.
- Candidates who have previously worked in a similar sales position will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of hardware products and market.
- Experience in developing current customers and maintaining existing customers.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and prepare regular sales reports.
- Knowledge of ERP/CRM software will be an added advantage.
