International Car Rental Process – Customer Support Executive

Experience: Minimum 1 year in an International Car Rental Process – mandatory

Salary: 25000 to Up to ₹55,000/month

Working: 5 days a week with rotational shifts & rotational offs

Cab Facility: Available for female employees

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle international customers regarding car rentals, bookings, cancellations, modifications, and queries.

* Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.

* Maintain robust communication and customer-handling standards.

* Coordinate with internal teams/partners for smooth booking and service.

Requirements:

* Minimum 1 year relevant International Car Rental experience.

* Excellent English communication skills – mandatory.

* Strong customer-handling, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

* Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

* Overall skills and suitability will be assessed during the interview.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
