Hiring: Ticketing Executive

We are looking for an experienced Core Ticketing Executive with strong hands-on experience in domestic & international airline reservations and ticketing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle flight reservations, PNR creation & ticket issuance.
- Manage reissues, cancellations, refunds, voids & date changes.
- Check fares, availability, routing and airline fare rules.
- Handle urgent and complex ticketing requirements.
- Coordinate with airlines, consolidators & internal teams.
- Manage SSRs, baggage, meals and seat requests.
- Maintain accurate records and minimize ticketing errors/ADMs.

Requirements:

- 4–5 years of core travel-agency ticketing experience.




- Strong knowledge of Amadeus / Galileo (Travelport) / Sabre — at least one mandatory.
- Good understanding of fare rules, reissue & refund procedures.
- International ticketing experience preferred.
- Strong communication, accuracy and problem-solving skills.
- Airline BPO/call-centre-only profiles are not preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
