Job Summary

We are looking for a well-presented, friendly, and customer-focused Showroom Representative to join our Doodad Customer Store.

The role involves assisting customers, understanding their requirements, recommending the right products for the right place, handling billing, and following up with customers to support sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, usage, and benefits clearly.
- Demonstrate products whenever required.
- Handle customer enquiries and convert them into sales.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries and quotations.
- Prepare bills and ensure billing is accurate.
- Maintain basic sales and customer records.
- Keep the showroom clean, organized, and presentable.
- Ensure customers receive a friendly and positive shopping experience.

Candidate Profile

- Experience: Min 1 years; freshers are welcome.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Language: Tamil and English.




- Basic computer knowledge and billing skills.
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Positive attitude with an interest in sales and customer service.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
