About iScalify

iScalify is a performance marketing agency working with D2C and service-based brands across fashion, jewellery, travel, and e-commerce.

We are looking for a Business Development Intern who is confident, proactive, and interested in building a career in sales and business development. This role will give you hands-on experience in lead generation, client outreach, prospect communication, and appointment setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential clients, including D2C brands, e-commerce businesses, and business owners.
- Find and qualify potential leads through LinkedIn, Instagram, Google, and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct professional outreach through LinkedIn connection requests, DMs, Instagram DMs, and other channels.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain professional conversations.
- Understand prospect requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
- Schedule discovery calls and meetings with interested prospects.
- Maintain and regularly update the lead tracker with outreach status, responses, and follow-ups.
- Research competitors and identify new opportunities for client acquisition.
- Work closely with the performance marketing team to understand our services and communicate them effectively to prospects.





Requirements

- Available for a full-time, in-office internship.
- Available Monday to Friday.
- Based in Mohali / Chandigarh Tricity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn and Instagram professionally.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / MS Excel.
- Good understanding of social media and digital marketing.
- Confident and comfortable starting conversations with new people.
- Solid interest in Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, and Digital Marketing.
- Self-motivated, organized, consistent, and willing to learn.
