Key Responsibilities
1. Academic & Student Progress Monitoring

- Track and monitor students’ academic performance, attendance, and overall progress through periodic reviews and feedback mechanisms.
- Guide students in developing effective study habits, time-management skills, and strategies for managing academic stress.
- Identify academic or behavioral concerns and coordinate with faculty members, center heads, and administrative staff to address them effectively.
- Maintain regular communication with students to understand their challenges and provide appropriate guidance and support.

2. Admission Conversion & Outreach

Applicable to admissions-focused roles

- Handle inbound inquiries, phone calls, walk-ins, and digital leads from prospective students and parents.
- Counsel prospective students and parents about available courses, programs, and admission processes.
- Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
- Participate in Local Area Marketing (LAM) activities,



school/college seminars, webinars, career counseling sessions, and promotional events to generate awareness and leads.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment, conversion, and performance targets set by management.

3. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions, counseling sessions, academic progress, attendance, and admission pipelines.
- Ensure timely updating of lead and student databases with relevant information and follow-up status.
- Prepare and submit regular daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering sales, lead conversion, admissions, and student progress.
- Analyze relevant data and share key updates or concerns with management for timely action.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
