About the Role

We are looking for an RMS Executive to manage real-time risk monitoring and control for our proprietary trading desk.

The role will be responsible for monitoring trading positions, exposure, margins, limits and P&L;, while ensuring that all trading activity remains within the firm's defined risk parameters.

The candidate will work closely with the trading desk and senior management to identify and address risk exposures during live market hours.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor live positions, exposure, margins, P&L; and risk limits for the proprietary trading desk.
- Monitor and manage RMS parameters including position, order, exposure and loss limits.
- Identify and immediately escalate limit breaches or unusual trading activity.
- Monitor order execution, open positions and margin utilisation during market hours.
- Ensure compliance with internal risk management and trading limits.




- Coordinate with traders and internal teams on risk-related issues and limit requirements.
- Prepare daily risk, exposure, P&L; and margin reports.
- Reconcile trading positions and risk figures at the end of the day.
- Coordinate with the technology/vendor team for any RMS or trading-system issues.

Requirements

- · 2–4 years of experience in RMS, risk management, trading operations or proprietary trading.
- · Valuable understanding of equity and derivatives markets, margins, exposure, MTM and P&L.;
- · Hands-on experience with RMS/trading platforms.
- · Strong analytical and numerical skills with good knowledge of Excel.
- · Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions during live market hours.
- · Experience with Odin or similar trading/RMS platforms will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
