About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SSRS Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing business reports using Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). The role will involve working closely with business and technical teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver accurate, scalable, and user-friendly reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop complex reports using SSRS / Report Builder

Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions

Work with SQL Server databases and large datasets

Create parameterized, drill-down, drill-through, sub-reports, and linked reports

Develop reports using different data sources and datasets

Implement report formatting, expressions, filters, grouping, sorting, and calculations

Troubleshoot report performance and resolve data or reporting issues

Optimize SQL queries and reporting solutions for better performance

Work with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements

Perform report testing, validation, and deployment across environments

Manage report subscriptions, schedules, security, and access permissions





Support existing reports and enhance them based on changing business requirements

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other technical teams during implementation and production support

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SSRS

Strong knowledge of SQL Server

Excellent SQL query writing and debugging skills

Experience with Stored Procedures, Views, Functions, Joins, CTEs, and Temp Tables

Experience developing complex and parameterized reports

Knowledge of SSRS Report Builder / Visual Studio / SSDT

Understanding of report deployment and configuration

Good understanding of database concepts and data modeling

Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing report performance

Good to Have

Experience with Power BI

Knowledge of SSIS / ETL processes

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / ERP / CRM reporting

Exposure to Azure or cloud-based reporting environments

Experience working in Agile development environments

Valuable understanding of business intelligence and reporting concepts

Pay: ₹14,387.32 - ₹65,428.56 per month
